Its Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

Christmas time is here, and we have been busy decorating and having fun. Pat (Michelle's boyfriend) came over for the weekend and helped us put up our 9 foot tree!

Lucky for Adam, his father comes equipped with about 1,000 toys that he might one day be able to play with. Lucky for Steve, he can use Adam as an excuse to play with his toy trains again!

Halloween

This Halloween, Steve continued his tradition of dressing up like a scare crow and scaring the daylights out of teenage trick-or-treaters (he was nice to the little ones). Adam was "Blue" from Blues Clues. Michelle decided not to dress up (ha ha).

Fall

Fall is in the air, and its actually chilly on our walks, now. Steve decorated the house for Halloween (his favorite holiday).
Adam ate his first babyfood this week - like a pro!

Shelter Island Fall

It was a sad occassion to return so soon to Shelter Island, as my grandfather, Warren Juchatz passed away and we were gathered together for his funeral. A reminder of how important and how wonderful my family is!

Shelter Island Summer Vacation

Wine tasting was a lot of fun this year, as all the Abbate children are finally 21 years old! We had a blast! Adam had a great time hanging out with his grandparents, Brian and Danny got lots of clams for dinner right in the back yard, and Steve loved the little restaurant right on the creek. Grandpa Juchatz was right, this place is Heaven on Earth!

Baby Adam

Adam William Earnest was born on April 25th, 2007 at the Navy Hospital, Pensacola, FL. He weighed 7 lbs. 13.2 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is now 6 months old, and a very happy baby!

Steve and Sally - Our History

We met in Hawaii in the summer of 2002, and were married in Shelter Island, NY in 2004. We are now living in Florida raising our baby boy, Adam, who is now 6 months old, and our two golden retrievers, Harper and Pogo. Steve is a Lieutenant (soon to be Lieutenant Commander) in the Navy and instructor pilot at Whiting Field.
